I'm finally taking the plunge and setting up ablog. It's something I've been meaning to do for ages, and now that I've carved out some time (between, you know, the day job, gaming, and dad-ing), I'm excited to get this started.
This space is going to be a mix of all things me: deep dives into Next.js and design systems , insights into the life of a Staff Engineer, and probably some random musings on games, Warhammer, and whatever else grabs my attention.
I'm planning to integrate some really cool tools, like Bluesky for comments (come say hi!) and even Gemini AI to help turn my initial drafts into actual posts. Of course, I'll be putting my own spin on everything and sharing my hard-earned knowledge and experiences – hopefully, you'll find some genuinely useful tips and insights here, whether you're a fellow developer, aspiring engineer, or just curious about my world.
